You can delete your Idea2Code account, and the personal data held with it, at any time — in the app, or from this page if you cannot sign in.
Effective 3 October 2026.
If nothing is open between us, the account is closed and your personal details are erased on the spot. If something is still open — a live project, an agreement awaiting signature, an instalment still to be settled, an invoice to be issued — the app tells you what it is, your request is recorded, and our team contacts you to settle it; the account is erased as soon as it is.
Give the email address your account uses. We send that address a link, and your request reaches our team when you open the link and confirm it — so nobody else can have your account deleted. We reply to the same address, normally within 7 days, and complete the deletion within 30 days unless something is still open between us, which we will explain.
Erasing your account removes your name, email address and phone number, your Google or Apple sign-in link, your profile photo, the files you uploaded, your support tickets, notifications, devices and appointments, and your contact details wherever they appear on requests and proposals. Some records must be kept, holding nothing more of you than they already do:
Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and for how long.
