Shipping and Delivery Policy

Everything we provide is software and digital services, delivered online. This page sets out how and when the work reaches you.

In short: nothing is shipped physically, and there is no shipping or delivery charge, in India or abroad. Your work arrives in the app and through the channels named in your agreement, on the dates in its milestone schedule.

1. What we deliver

Atomos Technologies (OPC) Private Limited supplies software development services, software and digital work through the Idea2Code app and idea2code.org. Everything we provide is delivered online. Nothing is shipped physically, and there is no shipping or delivery charge, in India or abroad.

2. When it is delivered

Delivery timelines are those in your signed agreement and its milestone schedule, which you can see in the app under Track. They stand as changed by anything we agree between us, or by a delay on your side.

3. How it is delivered

In the app. Deliverables appear in the app under Track, where you review and approve them.
Code and access. Source code, builds and access are handed over through the repository, store accounts, hosting or file transfer named in your agreement.
Acceptance. A deliverable is accepted as your agreement sets out, or when you approve it in the app.

4. Clients outside India

International clients receive delivery the same way, online, with no shipping or delivery charge.

5. Delays

If a delivery is delayed, we tell you in the app and by email, with a revised date.

6. Related policies

Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy, and the work itself by our Terms of Service.
